Realtime Collection of Data

Real time upload of responses, photos and sales data captured through mobile apps used by Brand Ambassadors / Merchandisers

Attendance & Time Tracking

Real time user tracking of current location & activation activities. Uploaded photos have timestamps making it easy to determine check in and operating time.

Flexible Data Metrics & Controls

Set up of questions to capture activation data. Required responses can be set to various formats (text, yes / no, quantity measures, dates and images)

Accurate Outlet Targeting

First visit to outlets are mapped. Geo radius and fencing specification for outlets ensurers users cannot activate outlets when outside the specified threshold. Users are not able to perform an activation if away from the outlet.

Activation Optimisation

As users upload data, project managers can optimise resources allocated to activations to meet client's SLA. Mangers are able to monitor product quantities, sales and outlet visits.

Dashboards & Reporting

Data driven dashboard that shows various KPIs e.g. Active Users, Activated Outlets, Product Sales, Sales per SKU, Sales per Outlet. Managers and customers can generate detailed reports of various KPI which can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
